Black men's button down with an elastic waist; manufactured by "Mark II", circa late 70s or early 80s. The shirt has a crazy assortment of accents and threading, with a circular pattern on the front right packet.
The shirt has button closures, accented with golden circular accent buttons (i.e., the golden buttons aren't functional). The button down ends at the elastic waste, so the shirt's design does not allow it to be unbuttoned 100%. The accents include are rhinestones, golden circles (plastic) and threading, and black buttons. The back of the shirt also includes the same golden accents.
