Vintage pants, manufactured ca. 1970s by P.C. Cleaver. Straight leg design with side pockets, pleating on the front, zipper fly, and button closure. Lightweight fabric in a blue (purple/indigo hued) color, size 40. Gender not marked clearly; could work for anyone today - please see measurements.
