Vintage khaki pleated ankle length dress, manufactured ca. 1970s by Et Al. This dress features large orange/brown tortoise shell style lucite buttons, short sleeves, 4 front pockets, a collar, and shoulder pads. It comes with a belt w/ a large plastic loop.
