Vintage handmade serigraph print by J.P. Duriez, with a pencil signature on the bottom right of the colored image. The original art is a colorful street view scene of the Montmartre district of Paris, the Montmartre Hill (to the left) and specifically, Rue Lepic. Unique piece with abstract buildings and structures in water color and ink.

- Measurements: 9 7/8" x 12 7/8" (full print), 6" x 8 1/2" (art portion of print)
- Time period: estimated ca. 1970s based on the Art.Lore Inc. stamp and J.P. Duriez career.
- Dates/names/writing on print: The bottom left of the overall print has "4280 Le Pic" written in pencil, and the bottom right has "5-". The color portion of the print has "Moulin de la galette Rue Lepic" in ink/paint from the original print, and a "Copyright Art-lore Inc. NY" stamp (mostly hidden by the blue/grey of the print). Has a "Made in France" stamp on the back.
- Condition: This piece is in good overall condition, but has yellowing throughout, 4 minor pin holes from previous framing, minor creases on the corners, and what appear to be sun spots that didn't experience yellowing (see lighter lines through middle of white portions). All imperfections could be easily masked with a frame and matte board.
